Job OverView

Develop and deliver annual programs production plans & budgets and deliver results vs. budgets

Develop and deliver annual facilities capacity plans utilizing current production capacity (studios, editing sets, etc.) to satisfy growth plans, improve logistics, or as a counter measure against external risks. Conduct feasibility studies, get approval and implement

Co-lead project implementation and quality assurance on launch of new programs (in house and formats)

Identify and analyze programs' production and commissioning requirements (resources and facilities) as requested by the Channel and provide feedback on alternatives accordingly

Participate in the development of the business case and production proposal for new programs using the new Green Lighting and commissioning procedures which include activities such as creating ideas, assessments, piloting, comparisons with other productions, costing & budgeting, production proposal preparation, and scheduling planning upon approval

Review budgets for programs' episode prepared by producers in comparison with approved program overall budget.

Lead Programs' production by supervising on script writing, filtering script, story boarding, developing production schedule, staffing key personal, selecting locations and setups, selecting talents, schedule rehearsals, supervise shooting, and provide final review and technical approval on produced content

Monitor and manage Programs producers and editors and ensure that they follow the dep’s policies and guidelines

Responsible for quality control and check of the programs material in terms of boldness and appropriateness to the channel audience and sponsors 

Coordinate with external producers in the cases outsourced programs

Establish a wide network of freelancers to be utilized in production projects

Monitor new trends in production best practices

Experience in Media and TV production ( programs (in house and formats)) 

Experience in Production best practices

Experience in understanding and developing production strategies in reference to the Channel's targeted audience behaviors, characteristics & trends, and competition 

Experience in ideas, scripts & all content assessment

Experience in production facilities planning and management

Produce Projects Management from concept to materialization
