Promotion Producer

Job OverView

  • As Promo Producer, you will be tasked with the following project types:
  1. Program launch campaign
  2. Episodic promotions
  3. Teaser promotions
  4. Profile spots
  5. Behind the scenes promos
  6. Branded promotion
  7. Channel brand image campaign
  8. Sales tape/Sizzle reel
  9. Special reportsEvent coverage
  • You will need to possess strong concept ideation, copywriting skills and work with different teams and personal to bring your idea to life. For example, directing voice over artist, the design team for graphics, the edit team for color correction, the audio team for sound design, etc. You will need to shoot, direct or oversee filming productions if the project requires. 
  •  Possess strong storytelling abilities that draw an emotional response from your audience, crafting the message and brand into your spot.
  • As part of a bigger creative team, you will participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas when required and pitch your ideas.
  •  Your reporting line is to the Senior Creative Manager, who will assign projects to you based on the channel’s promotional requirements. Your tasks is to produce the spots in a creative and timely manner. Your creativity and timeliness will be measured in performance reviews.



  • Be flexible to work in non-official hours for breaking news and special projects.
  • Adobe Premiere and AVID Media Composer a must. 
  • Years of experience: 3-5 years
  • Languages (written and spoken): Arabic, English
  • Education: Bachelors.
  • Camera skills – simple shoots.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication, presentation, organization and time management skills
  • Preferred but not required: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
