Provide senior management an independent and objective appraisal function to evaluate and examine its activities on an annual basis.
Support top management strategies and Initiatives
Ensure the development, recruitment, and retention of talented, multi-skilled, empowered, motivated auditors able to contribute corporate and department objectives and to perform all Internal Audit activities with proficiency and professionalism
Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information and the means used to identify measurement and reporting
Review the systems established to ensure compliance with those policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations, which could have a significant impact on operations, and reporting on whether the organization is in compliance.
Evaluate operations or programs to advise top management whether the results are consistent with established objectives and goals, and whether the operations or programs are being carried out as planned.
Conduct periodic audits of Strategic Initiatives and make post-implementation evaluation to determine whether these strategies meet their intended purposes and objectives.
Deliver corporate operational targets as per SLA management targets and Channel’s strategy to enable the Channel’s units to achieve their objectives while meeting and beating budgeted cost targets
Ensure the development and execution of audit plan and communicate it to the senior executive management
Leading the Channel’s improvement projects while liaising with external consultants
Prepares and administers the department budget.
