Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job OverView

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment process with line managers & help identify future staffing needs
  • Work closely with the HOD's & hiring managers to develop the JD and selection criteria’s (technical & behavioral)
  • Build strong talent database for our current and future hiring needs 
  • Source potential candidates through different channels 
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Work closely with HR senior management team in developing employer brand 
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Develop a internal database to foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  •  Ensure on boarding process is integrated seamlessly 

Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role within the Media & Broadcast industry.
  •  Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and assessment methods
  • Strong fluency in Arabic & English is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • B.Sc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
